Problems using Wert.io API — can anyone help me debug?

I am trying to integrate the Wert.io API into my personal Granny Game Web3 project. But I keep getting errors when calling the payment/token swap API: calling the correct endpoint, but always getting an error response or a timeout.

I want to ask:

Has anyone successfully called the Wert.io API (card payment/crypto purchase) — what language did you use, what was the configuration?

Does anyone have a sample code snippet (REST / JS / Python) to share with me so I can try debugging?

If using sandbox / testnet — do I need to configure any special headers or parameters?
